Booking Terms
Bookings must be made by the member, including those made for guests.
Bookings of 5 nights or more within unit entitlement have preference up to 1 May.
After 1 May, bookings of less than 5 nights can be made.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate requests for specific rooms, there can be no guarantee given. The Board has a responsibility to accommodate as many members and guests as possible, according to demand.
Due to the popularity of certain periods and in fairness to all members, a ballot will be conducted by the Board for accommodation over Easter, Christmas and the New Year periods.
Children are defined as being under 15 years of age at time of stay.
Infants and Tots who don't use a bed stay free.
Reservations will be not be confirmed unless full payment is received.
Karel's has a no credit policy. Refunds are only possible for compassionate reasons assessed by the Board. "No Shows" will not be considered.
Visitors may be invited to stay for dinner with the Manager approval at a cost of $50 per head.
