Booking Terms
Bookings must be made by the member, including those made for guests.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate requests for specific rooms, there can be no guarantee given. The Board has a responsibility to accommodate as many members and guests as possible, according to demand.
Children are defined as being 14 years of age or younger at time of stay.
Infants and Tots who don't use a bed stay free.
Reservations will be not be confirmed unless full payment is received.
Karel's has a no refund policy. Credits are only possible for compassionate reasons assessed by the Board. "No Shows" will not be considered.
Visitors may be invited to stay for dinner with the Manager approval at a cost of $50 per head.
